Parivar Pehchan Patra also known as the Family ID is an identification document provided to each and every family of Haryana if they are willing to register for it. This scheme is a part of the Digital India campaign of the government, The aim of which is to create a database of all the families of the state which will also be linked to various independent schemes or pension programs like the widow pension, old age pension or the disability pension scheme of which any of the family members is a beneficiary. The scheme also includes keeping in track the data related to the birth, death, and marriage of any family member and in case of any mishappening or changes, the data automatically gets updated. in addition, The database also lists the schemes and pensions that are available for the members of a family to be a beneficiary to it. All the data related to the family will be linked to the Family ID provided to them once they apply for the scheme.

There are 3 ways to apply for the Parivar Pehchan Patra scheme of the Haryana government, all of which are offline. Applicants who are citizens of the state need not pay any application fee or charges for the same.

  1. Local service centers of the government of India – CSC VLE’S. These are managed by the volunteers residing in the village itself.
  2. Saral Kendras or the antyodaya Saral Kendra which are run under the state government also engage in the service of providing Parivar Pehchan Patra to the families of Haryana.
  3. lastly, There are PPP operators who are registered with the government to work for the scheme are also involved in applications and registration services of Parivar Pehchan Patra.

The applicants are required to fill in the application form given to them by the mentioned volunteering authorities and attach the ID proofs and other necessary documents of all the family members along with the application form. After successful registration, You will receive your Family ID which is to be remembered and kept saved by the family for various benefits and uses in the future.

How to Update your details on PPP Haryana

ONLINE METHOD-

  • Visit the official web portal of Parivar Pehchaan Patra that is meraparivar.haryana.gov.in
  • In the main menu bar on the homepage, click on the option “Update family details”
  • On the next page, click on “YES” to the question asked – “do you know Parivar Pehchaan Patra?”

  • Then the family search page will open, fill in your Family ID in the space provided and click on “SEARCH”

  • An OTP will be sent to your mobile number, Enter the OTP on the next page and submit it.
  • A form will open wherein you select and edit the details you want to update. After filling in the form, proof-read it carefully and click on “SAVE”
  • Your updated details will then be saved on Parivar Pehchan Patra Haryana.

OFFLINE METHOD-

  1. Visit your nearest CSC, Saral Kendra, or any PPP Operator.
  2. Speak with the authorities about the updating of details in your PPP and provide them with your Family ID.
  3. The volunteer will then key your PPP account and edit the information you need to update on your behalf.

  • On the left side of the homepage, look for the link saying ‘Parivar pehchaan Patra’ under the IMPORTANT LINKS column and click on it.
  • On the page that will open, You will have an option to view and download your Family ID on the basis of either your Family ID or your Aadhar number.

  • Choose the option you wish to select and type down your credentials under it and click on SUBMIT.
  • Your family ID will be displayed in front of you in a file, right-click on it and download it for keeping it with you, You can also get it printed out and laminated to carry it with you as an identification card.

  • Visit the official web portal of Saral Service center Haryana from here
  • Then in the middle of the homepage, under the box of “Track your service online” click on “track application status”
  • You will then be redirected to a page wherein select the department of the scheme – that will be Citizen resources information department (CRID), Then select the scheme – Parivar Pehchan Patra and then enter your application ID or your Reference number provided at the time of registration and then click on “check status”

  1. Visit the official web portal of Parivar Pehchaan Patra that is meraparivar.haryana.gov.in
  2. In the main menu bar on the homepage, click on the option “login”
  3. A pop up will appear on the screen for logging in, enter your login credentials given to you at the time of registration (User ID and password), and then fill in the answer to the verification question. Click on “Log in”
  4. You will be logged in to your PPP dashboard.
